My name is Ibrat. I recently completed PhD in strategic management at Cranfield School of Management in the UK. In my doctoral research I explored microdynamics of how small organizations pursue systems change over time.

I have started the discussions to help management scholars, particularly doctoral and early career researchers, better grapple with important aspects of doing management research and to nurture scholarship that advances interesting, impactful, important research.
